What extras do I get with a paid plan?

With a paid plan you get:

  • Download as Word: export your test plan as a ready-to-use Microsoft Word document.

  • API access: create API tokens to build your own integrations.

  • Team collaboration: add additional seats and invite teammates under the same subscription.

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime? How is pro-rata handled?

Yes. Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are always free.
We don’t issue refunds, but if you downgrade, any unused amount is credited pro-rata to your next billing cycle. Changes take effect immediately.

Is there a free plan or a trial? And do I need a credit card to try it?

Yes, we offer a free plan (no separate trial).

  • No credit card required for the free plan.

  • Your free account remains active until you cancel or our plans change.

How does billing work (monthly/yearly), is VAT included, and can I get an invoice in my company’s name?
  • Choose monthly or yearly billing. Yearly includes 2 free months (you pay for 10).

  • VAT is calculated automatically based on your details.

  • Provide your VAT number to be billed as a business.

  • Invoices are emailed to the billing details you provide and can be issued to your company name.

What happens to my data if I cancel or move back to the free plan? Can I export my data?
  • Due to legal requirements, we keep billing records for at least 10 years.

  • You can request the data we store (including exports where applicable) via our contact form.

How is seat billing handled?

A seat is one individual user with access to the workspace.

  • The first person to register becomes the paying user and account admin and occupies the first (mandatory) seat.

  • You can manage seats at any time in the members settings of the application.

  • You can manage the amount of seats at any time by managing your subscription.

  • Adding seats mid-cycle is billed pro-rata for the remainder of the current billing period.

  • Removing seats takes effect immediately; any unused time is credited on your next invoice (we don’t issue refunds).

  • If you purchase more than one seat, the admin can invite members into the app. Invited members get the same plan features (e.g., creating projects). With multiple seats, teammates can share projects within the same subscription.
